How it works
Choose a listing package
You buy a package once, no subscription: 1, 5 or 10 listings. The package never expires, and each listing stays live for 30 days.
Add your listings
Paste a link from OLX or fill in the form. People looking for a room in your city will see your listings.
Tenants message you
They write in the chat, and with every message you see a profile: who they are, what they do, their budget and when they want to move in.

How much does adding a listing cost?
You publish listings from a package: 1, 5 or 10 listings. The bigger the package, the less one listing costs. Current prices are in the price list above.
How long does a listing stay live?
30 days from publishing. Then it drops out of search results, and you switch it on again with another listing from your package, without filling it in again.
How long is a listing package valid after purchase?
Indefinitely. Unused listings from the package never expire, so you use them whenever you want.
Can I pause a listing?
Yes. A paused listing drops out of search results, and within 30 days of publishing you resume it in one click at no extra cost. Pausing does not extend those 30 days.
Does a flat listing cost more than a room listing?
No, the price is the same.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, the whole amount, if you write to us within 14 days of purchase and have not published any listing from the package. If you have already published some and are buying privately, you can still withdraw within 14 days: we charge the published listings at smaller-package prices and refund the rest.
What payment methods can I use?
BLIK, Klarna, Apple Pay or a card. Payments go through Stripe, and the purchase confirmation comes by e-mail.
Can I buy a package in the app?
No. You buy packages on rentfriends.app; in the app you manage your listings and reply to messages.
I run an agency with many listings. How does it work for us?
We connect your CRM so your listings load on their own, and agree an individual quote for the whole agency.
